We love the Aspects webcams @AnniD ... we visit them every day to see our favourite familiar places  <3

@Dovefromabove, it's so strange seeing very few people about ! There was a lone seagull at Mousehole this morning, and a lone jogger at Penzance . Those poor businesses, hopefully things will improve soon.

We should be there in a few weeks but of course have cancelled. Looks like we’ll have to make do with just Cromer and Sheringham this year ... we love them too but ‘need’ Cornwall every year. 😢
This is good tho ... with sound too ...

A little visitor yesterday. He was happy to spend some time on my hands with his tickly wee feet  :)

Lovely view @AnniD. I use the hill webcams to look at conditions, although they often aren't working due to conditions, but it makes me sad just now, as it's reminder of what I can't do.  :/
The Ben More one at Crianlarich is usually working though. It isn't very visible today though.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

RTBC - I can almost hear my hostas growing.  Some of them must be putting on at least an inch (25.4mm) growth per day.

Classified as a vulnerable household, we are supremely well looked after in our community of just 230 people. Last week a posy of flowers was left in our porch, this week it was a box of cupcakes decorated for Easter. Though the village church is closed due to the virus, the church gate has been beautifully decorated with flowers. I might allocate my day’s exercise to walking up there and taking a photo.

  • A good reason to be cheerful is my neighbours are tidying up their gardens! Long may it continue after the lockdown finishes!

I've had a Hot Cross bun (again) this morning and broke open my Cadbury's Crème Egg Easter Egg as part of lunch. Just seen a recipe for barbecued bananas, with chocolate drizzled over and nuts, accompanied by vanilla icecream. Not sure if I could face eating that or not.

Ha!  I was going the other way - 5 kilos down in 7 weeks but I suspect the HCBs today and tomorrow and the roast lamb dinner with rhubarb crumble for pud plus the Ferrero Rocher and Milka chocolate eggs will put a stop to that this weekend.  Back on the wagon on Tuesday then.
