morning LB Debs and Pansy and all to come . Debs I am so pleased that your son is on the mend . You will be able to celebrate when OH gets home and it will all the better when you have had time to relax and rest.
Debs it’s good to hear that your sons on the mend. You’ll be just glad to have your hubby to be back home and have some time together and relax for a while. Wishing you better times. LB and Chive I did eventually go back to bed and fell asleep. LB hope your feeling a little better today. Chive enjoy your time with mum. It’s a sunny day today and I can hear the birds. Pansy blue hyacinths are beautiful. Amusing picture and I hope Elsa and LC have reached some harmony.
Ruby I think that is a picture of Elsa not LC. 'Fess up PF - you've been using her as a duster! Classic picture that. Is she planning a great escape? Where is she hiding all the soil she's dug out? Get worried if she asks for a wooden horse!
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
The Great Escape / Wooden Horse was my first thought too LB😁 Elsa is getting quite brave and doing lots of exploring now isn't she Pansy? Obviously starting to feel more at home. Unless she's lost a shed load of weight though you're lucky she didn't get wedged in there. That would have been fun to deal with wouldn't it?
The archive office where I do voluntary work on a Monday is closed to the public for a couple of weeks for redecorating. Have resorted to doing unmentionables instead (should have been done on Saturday but zero inclination and enthusiasm).
It's a sunny day for a change so OH is loading up the m/home garage with 'winter stuff' - snow chains, emergency generator & fuel, thermal screen cover etc etc Fingers crossed we won't actually need to use any of them. Holiday is getting closer...
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
