Enjoy enjoy your quizzing LB.  Topbird I’m sure you’ll be popular with the neighbours cats.  Missed a friend this morning with me having a late start.  I will have to catchup.  Sleeping in is no good.  Joyce hope you enjoyed your time with your friend and have a relaxing evening.

    Good evening to all.
I came home few minutes ago and I'm exhausted. Don't like shopping and i felt like Mr. Bean, can you recall this episode? 😂 I bought my Christmas shirt but it wasn't my first choice. Young lady told me that all was sold out in few days. I also bought new coat, lot of things for baking, christmas tree and few ornaments and rest of gifts.
Usually I like drive at night but so many drive with long lights and it's so irritating.

Chey, I'm glad to see you here. Get well soon.

It's time for cup of tea and tv.

I dosed off on the sofa SGL.

Ante, you will be pleased to have got a lot of shopping done.  I haven't driven at night for years as I get dazzled by the lights.

You’ll be glad to have got your shopping tasks out of the way Ante.

I’m off to bed now as well - night night everyone.

    Hello everybody
Image result for Frosty Lakeland mornings images
Another frosty morning here. We had a great night last night. Our landlady goes to the extreme when preparing the tables for Christmas. Every table had a set of similar hats for the diners (all tables were different); each diner got a free pen with the name of the pub and the year printed on it and crackers. The quiz as ever was great fun and we won £36 and a lottery ticket for today's draw - my next post might be from the Bahamas! The cars were frozen solid when we went out after the quiz had ended and all that could heard was the sound of winscreens being scraped. Thank goodness for heated front windscreens is all I have to say.
Visiting the OH of our friend who passed away in August today for coffee and mince pies then I might veg out! (Ante - basically sit on the sofa and do nothing apart from watch TV). Sorry you didn't get the shirt you wanted but I'm sure the alternative will be just as good.
Picture this morning is of frost near Ullswater.

Morning PF. I am so sorry to hear you have succumbed to a chest infection. Honey and lemon might be soothing. Tip for the day - do not drink out of wet glasses!

The cad! His mother would be ashamed or maybe he wasn't taught to put his hand over his mouth when he coughs.

Good morning . I am still in bed waiting to get into the bathroom .That sounded like a really good night LB. So glad that you had a good time . Pansy so sorry that you have bronchitis. I don’t know what’s matter with folks who cough and sneeze without covering their mouths. Thoughtless unpleasant people . Take care ,keep warm and I hope that you are soon feeling better.
