I drink the W/rose Gold - builder’s strength / dash of milk - as well.
Are you sure these particular tea bags have plastic in them? They are very papery and rot down completely in the compost bin. Other makes of tea bags (only used under sufferance in other peoples’ houses) have a very obvious plastic or nylon content.
If they have I may consider swapping to loose leaf and an infuser.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Funnily - I've been thinking the same @Pete.8. I drink around 10 mugs a day on average, and have been considering switching to loose tea, mainly for financial reasons. I love Yorkshire Tea but it stains my teeth, so I normally use Punjana or Scottish Blend tea bags. I've been looking at different loose leaf ones but haven't yet decided. Both of those have paper bags, but I also read about the plastic sealing @Topbird. I don't think it's always easy to do the right thing - we can only do our best.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
I have been keeping an eye on teabag brands and many are in the process of moving to plastic free. I would rather stick with teabags if possible, particularly in work etc.
I buy fair trade tea online from Traidcraft, all their teabags are bio-degradeable. They break down faster in the compost bin if you tear the bag after use. I like my tea weak as I don't like milk in it, and get two large mugfuls out of each teabag.

Will have to have a think how much that matters to me....
