    Morning all.Ā

Sorry I didn’t ā€˜call in’ yesterday. I’m into my marathon work week, with my exam in the middle. Had a wobble last night that I didn’t know enough, but got 90% on the practice test so trying to reassure myself.Ā

I hope you all ok. Worried about your leak/flood Punk - can you instruct an alternative builder?Ā

Morning all/afties Pat. Lovely pic - that's what it looks like here today too - albeit a tad colder.
Had to put the heating on for a little while - it's only 7 degrees just now, and I couldn't see out the bedroom windows for the condensationĀ  :D
I expect builders/roofers will be up to their eyes @punkdoc. Not much help though. I had to wait 6 weeks to get mine seen to. Hope it's not that long for you, or we'll have to send you a canoe.Ā  :/
Have you tried going through your insurance? Sometimes that's easier.
You'll be fine @AuntyRach. If you're getting that score on the practice, it'll be a dawdleĀ  ;) Fingers crossed for you anyway.Ā

I meant to say to you @Hostafan1. Someone was rescued up in Lewis using that app you were talking about a while back.Ā  :)

Funnily enough we've just had a roof man touting for business - removing moss, fixing any holes etc.Ā  OH took his details and said he'd discuss it with me first thus giving himeslef time to check him on the 'net.Ā  Ā In France you can see when a company was started, who runs it, what their financial base is.Ā  Ā

Funny, because before we put in the pV panels I wanted to demoss but couldn't find anyone locally and now we too have a wee leak.Ā  This chap is from about 50kms away so almost local.Ā  Seems OK.

Hope you find a solution soon @Punkdoc.

Lovely blossom @Pat E.Ā  Ā Great skies too but I share your desire for rain, lots of rain.

Sympathies to those who've got our share and feel it's too much.

    Hi all.

The garden flooded last night, as the stream overflowed. Levels are dropping again, but several borders still under water.Ā
A lot more rain forecast, so who knows what will happen?
As long as house does not flood, I will be happy.
Builders have said they will come soon, whenever that might be.
