Chey, fantastic waterfall of colour down your steps. Did you and you neighbour enter Buxton in Bloom again this year? It must lift your spirits seeing such a beautiful display after the weird weather we have had and the flooding in Buxton town centre.
Chive its good to hear your ankle is getting better - just in time to go back to work
Joyce - great idea about the labels and organised plants for your friend's gardener.

It will be very strange without Poldark on TV tonight. SGL, have you managed to catch up yet?

Well it seems to be that series called Peaky Blinders. I have never watched it as it is not the sort of thing I like but I know that it is very popular in some circles.

I think it is very violent  LB ,and based loosely on fact .

I really don't like violence which is why I couldn't watch 'Killing Eve'. Again I know that lots of people enjoyed that series which all goes to make for a great diversity of drama genres on TV.

I don’t like violence either . I did watch Killing Eve . I found the dynamics between some of the characters fascinating . But there was a lot of violence.
  • Yes LB, have watched all of Poldark now. Glad I watched till the end, but I think it lost its way a bit. Think maybe they should have added a couple of episodes to the last series and not bothered with this last series😕🤔

Mr Poldaaarrk looked like he didn't wash during this series😉😂😂

Agreed SGL. I did think that the middle section of the last episode sort of lost the plot a bit but I still enjoyed the happy ending.
I'm signing out for tonight people. See you all tomorrow.
