    Morning all.

    Lovely pic of George Debs.

Hope your son gets the grass cut SGL while you have fun with poppet. Grass growth should be slowing down a bit now.

I'm out later to a friend's, 20 miles away, who has had some hard landscaping done to lessen the amount of work she has to do.  She wants my input into the positioning of new plants which the men will plant tomorrow.

Hello all the later Rezzerisers who have arrived. Had my usual relative visit and intended coming home via town and 'sco then I heard on the radio that the 10K run was just setting off in the town centre. Luckily I hadn't turned off the M6 so I carried on up to my Junction and called in to the A**i in the village. By some strange twist of fate two gorgeous plants leapt into my basket as I was going round - Veronica gentianoides - 0.99p each. I didn't think that was a bad buy.
Chive, what a nice, scented job for you today - weather permitting. Joyce, your friend will be very pleased with your constructive advice about the placement of her plants.
Runners, a beautiful gown for your GD. And there was me thinking it was for you!

Job done but it was a bit of a palaver. Plants moved from the back of the house.  As they are going into an open corner site we couldn't leave the pots sitting out in case they got nicked so plant names written down on a plan, stones placed where they've to be planted and pots moved to the back of the house in planting order.

A good buy at a good price LB.

RB, good to know that a wedding gown has been chosen. When is the big day?

    Afternoon!

I love newborn babies, they're so cute and squidgy.

Sowing some more basil later - have used all mine up!
