Well Hello everybody - and an especially big hello to baby George (how cute are you?) and congratulations to Grandma Debs and all concerned.

We’re making our way down through Germany via the romantic road so we’re seeing lots of impossibly pretty medieval towns and villages and being tempted by delicious ice creams and kuchen on every street corner. It was very hot Fri and yesterday so a visit to the spa with an outdoor pool was most welcome.

Went to Rothenburg today which has more than it’s fair share of traditional German craft & Christmas shops. Saw a particularly attractive ornament but nearly fainted when I saw the price tag of €300. Decided I didn’t like it that much.

Lots of miniature stuff so took a couple of photos. I really want the pharmacy counter....

Hmmm - now how did those beers sneak in??? - s’misstry🤔🤭

The beers look very refreshing T'bird.  I would have found it hard to resist the temptation to buy some of the goodies on display.  Love things made from wood and like the mug with the birds and the butterfly.
Enjoy the rest of your holiday.

Good morning.  Just looking at the willow warbler on the beeb as they were talking about habitat.  I've looked outside and it's a cool one this morning.  Topbird you've come across some interesting things on your hols including the steiff bear.   Didn't get to bed until 3am but slept from 4am until 615am.  Trying to wake up still a sleepy head.

T'Bird I love the pictures of the miniatures you posted. I particularly like the bread counter with the baguettes on it but they are all charming. Glad to hear that you are having a nice trip so far - beer is very good for you and on a hot day an outdoor pool is bliss.
I was trying to work out the metal things in your third picture and then realised they are biscuit cutters. Its a bit worrying to think about C*******s!

I think so LB.  Are you in the garden today?

It will all depend upon the weather Rebecca. It is very wet here with occasional light showers. I have got a lot of cardboard in the garage to break up and get into the recycle bin so at least if I do that I will be dry.

Good morning all! Gorgeous sunny morning here not warm but clear blue sky. Looking after oldest granddaughter before I go to work today so lots of colouring together and maybe some time in the garden. LB don’t do too much if you are not feeling 100%
Topbird such cute miniatures why are little things so adorable?
