I blame the parents.  They should shut the whingeing little gits up.

Yes. All you have to do is to gently explain that their whingeing is upsetting you. 😇

I prefer hiding in the greenhouse :)

Speaking of greenhouses, it is taking forever to glaze the new one. On the last one I did there were 3 of us working on it and it took long enough to wash the glass and get it fitted. On my own it seems to be taking 10x as long. :/ The roof is done and the front and back though so I'm over half way there. I was hoping to have it done by today but the heat hasn't helped. It's no fun in the greenhouse in the sun even with glass missing.

@wild edges are you keeping a record?
Where on earth do they keep coming from?

I'll just have to look back through my CC posts :p No idea of the source but they're very mobile now and I even found one on the roof of the greenhouse looking for somewhere to lay the next generation.

They do seem to get to a great height inside buildings @wild edges. Must be the lack of flight increasing their other 'abilities'  :/
Maybe we should change that old saying about breeding like rabbits to breeding like weevils....
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

We could but since no male vine weevils have ever been found you probably won't hear men bragging 'me and the missus have been at it like vine weevils' :#
