My usual hairdresser has left to set up on her own, so the last time I was there was her last day. The owner cut it this time, and I think it might last a bit longer before I need to go back. It's a tad shorter than normal.... :o

    Hi all
Beautiful and sunny again, a horizontal day planned, first in the garden, then watching the rugby.

We wouldn’t mind some rain. The back dam is low.

Although, my little daffs seem to like it.

Sounds good doc.I'll pass on the rugby though!  :)
I certainly wouldnt want to watch the cricket  :#
    My Dad would be spinning.
Lovely wee pic of the daffs Pat. Just at a time when we would be thinking of planting some over here. Will you get rain in the next month or two do you think, or is that really unlikely? We've had so much here recently, it's a shame we can't transport it. Thursday was another day  when it rained non stop for over twelve hours.

    Good morning

haven’t been on for a while but have been reading what you are all up to.
Not a holiday weekend  for us tho lots are beginning to close up. You all sound wonderfully busy I can imagine what’s going on

Nowadays we tend to go out for lunch (every other day) It is, supposedly to prevent me overdoing it in the kitchen (I love cooking) but I think OH really wants a good nosh. Despite not eating much the weight is going on (too much lying on the couch)  this next week is the end of my restriction week.still under strict instructions tho.  Therapist who will help me get walking again and  strengthen. Not falling overdo much  imagination was working overtime and I was think MS

I have found the national sepsis website who are unbelievably helpful.  I always seem to speak to Oliver, don’t know how that happens.  He was an intensive care nurse and has masses of experience of people like me.  I have learnt so much from him. Mainly it is reassuring.  He seems to think I am doing ok. So few people understand that the rehabilitation period is so slow
Our main target is to get on that plane in November and get to Oz. Fortunately as we know the country quite well we are visiting friends so no daft things like walking the harbour bridge in Sydney

do do keep up the garden chat I maybe can’t be seen but I am reading all you are doing. Some of my garden is impassable! No harvesting allowed this year.

if you have time and are interested have a look at Strathaven balloon Day.  It’s going to be the best day ever (it always rains) some of the latest huge balloons coming.  I will see if I can find website.

exhausted, much love to you all and thank you so much to folks for writing you will never know how it much it helps!
