They are quite sophisticated in Cardiff when it comes to playtime

This mornings offering from Foxy is an empty tin of dog food "Tripe Recipe " made by the Butchers Dog Company.

He or she must have carried it about 100 yards as the nearest dog is over the other side of the small allotment we have at the back of our houses.

I wonder why they bring it to my garden to play ?

We recently found a leather wallet on our back lawn with a five pound note nearby. We identified the owner as my next door neighbour. On returning the wallet and money my neighbour commented that there had been fifteen pounds in it when it went missing several days earlier. I am wondering what the foxes spent the other £10 on !!! as try as I might I can not find it !

The foxes holes have now reached a foot deep, and they have started on an unopened bag of compost sat on a pallet and a bag of sand.

I had 10 bags of manure delivered to my back garden on Monday and on Tuesday morning I noticed Foxy had very kindly opened one for me.

I had 10 bags of top soil delivered to my front garden and spread it neatly yesterday and it looked great.

Came out today and he has walked all over it and its covered with little paw marks

    I love him/her to bits

Egypt.....When I was sleeping in The White Desert I woke up to find fox tracks up to my sleeping bag from the left and then going off to the right as it must have jumped over me !!

The man that leases our pasture for his cattle to graze told us he was pretty sure it was an armadillo hole and not a fox hole.  Lo and behold, when we drove down there this past weekend, we saw him at night eating bugs and such all along the property fencing........both nights we were there.  Upon further inspection of the hole under the porch steps, the sides of the hold had a very smooth look to them.  I think a fox hole would have been more crudely shaped.
This fellow is bold.  Was terrified of our 10# rat terrier and ran off, but was pretty cheeky when my dear husband approached him waving his harms, in hopes of scaring him through the hole he had dug under the fence to the pasture.  He was NOT going to be scared off, that's for sure.  He didn't run away and actually approached DH boldly.  I don't like that he has taken a liking to digging his 1-2" holes in the moist soil around my newly-planted shrubs and trees.  But not sure we can trap him or get him to leave the property.  We're going to look into traps first.

Just seen this. I think I may have a culprit for next door’s dog toys and battered rugby and footballs turning up in my garden when we know the dog can’t get in!
I have seen a fox a few times over the years so now the prime suspect.
My garden and I live in South Wales.

Foxy has found a new toy that he quite likes ...............a girl friend.

They were out in the road last evening screaming and biting and jumping over hedges and fences.
