Hazel, sorry I'm late in congratulating you and your OH on your anniversary.
    Glad you enjoyed your day.

Good morning PF and all to follow. Happy to hear LC is still knocking about - he obviously had a magpie nest targeted. I hope Mr M has charmed the baby magpie out of the house and that you can have a more quiet morning.

Good morning PF, LB and all later Razzers.
What a beautiful morning waking call. Nice exercise with LC and magpie.😊 I must confess, I would do the same thing like Mr M.

Another sunny and warm morning, hot day in the announcement.

Pansy - you should definitely take up writing for a living. Very funny writing.

Hope the back and head feel better soon though.

Morning LB, Ante and Rubee. Guess what? Still no rain here - getting a bit desperate for some again - none since that wet week in June.

Office and a natter for me this morning, then SM, then phone calls and paperwork. Think I’ll give the garden a miss today - together, since Thursday, we’ve cut and cleared away over 120 metres of hedges of various sizes and varieties. 10 builders dumpy sacks transported to the green waste skips at the tip. Consequently, arms are covered in scratches and gnat bites.

Dobro jutro Ante, Ruby, and T'Bird.
T'Bird - you've done sterling work with your hedges but you must be worried about the lack of rain. It never fails to amaze me how such a comparatively small island such as the UK can have such a widespread range of 'weathers'. Been talking with my brother this morning (as he was telling me yesterday that he has a bad back and I wanted to know how it felt this morning) and whilst they had the thunder yesterday they had absolutely no rain. I was telling him about my deluge. We are only 22 miles apart so in the grand scheme of things that is no distance. Wish I could send some to you T'Bird.

Morning Hazel - I meant to say congratulations for your wedding anniversary yesterday. Sorry they’re a bit late.

Thank you for all the offers of rain - most welcome🙂

Bit of a tidy up then I’m outta here. SYL
