Hello all. Had a good catch up with the rellies. Whilst I had heard about the El Paso atrocity before I left, my brother informed that there had been another shooting in Ohio. What is this world coming too? I cannot even begin to understand the mind set of someone who would do such a terrible thing. It would be very nice to hear some good news now.

Yes it's very common for babies to get Jaundice.  My youngest got it too Rubee. Think mummy just wants to get home to her own bed now, especially as the hospital ones are covered in plastic and crackle with every move.🤣  It's so hot in there too, so laying on plastic beds and pillows must be awful in this heat.😝😤

Have cut front grass and done a bit of the back, stopping for a cool drink,  it's getting hotter again 😤😤

Home from up country visit to uncle and, as the sun is shining now, I'll get a bit done in the garden.

Love new spuds RB.  I think we could all do with some "cheery" strudel :)

Good looking spuds Runny. Must be delicious with ham. Maybe we can trade, strudel for ham😊.
I'm resting all day with book and tv little bit. Tomorrow is holiday here so I'll do the same things like today.
Sunburns on my hands are much better and muscle pain in my legs is bearable. Again hot day and it'll be whole week, maybe rain next friday.

Hello again. Runners, I have just been out to lock up and shut down everything as the thunderstorm has started here. Rain is sheeting down and I did get a little wet! I just need to go around the house now and chack all the windows I opened before.
Ante - I'm glad that the sunburn is not too bad today.
p.s. your potatoes are looking good Runners.

Hazel and oh Happy Anniversary.  RB your Charlotte potatoes look lovely.  I have a tree outside the front door and it seems to be a trap for leaves, etc, constantly c******g the front door.  Washed my hair this afternoon after pottering.  I've thrown out my two aprons as Alfie likes to shred the ties.  He does it every time.  It must be pica.  He's been laying on the bed for most of the day just popping to the kitchen for essentials.
