I have been asleep for two hours . It is very dark here and the garden certainly won’t need watering for some time . It hasn’t stopped raining all day.

Ditto here Ruby - apart from the sleep.

Afternoon all.  Dark and raining now here too Rubee.

T'bird.I would have enjoyed watching the silent disco. Sounds a laugh.

Have had a very pleasant six hours with daughter and we took a quick run up to visit uncle. She brought some luscious lemon and lime cheesecake. Lovely tangy taste.

Hello Joyce, is your daughter staying over tonight? Its nice that you both got to go and see your Uncle. That cheese cake sounds very yummy.

Really relaxing day, a lot of tv and napping. Forecast promised ud storms and heavy rain this night and tomorrow so now is so hot and humid. "We are breathing through the gills".
Water polo passed very good-bronze medal, so I'm happy.

SGL I'm glad that you are satisfied with Edward scissor~hands sister.

Glad you had such a relaxed day Ante and a Bronze Medal is very good indeed. I think that water polo can be a very rough sport.

Off to see the Take That tribute act in a minute but thought I’d let you know I’ve just had a photo of my niece drinking beer in Paris.
She completed her 4 day bike ride in awful conditions & has raised a lot of money for the British Heart Foundation.
Very proud to know that young lady!

Well done to Millie T'Bird, that is an amazing achievement. Proud Aunt indeed.
Evening PF. Non stop rain here today too but I'm glad for the plants. My Katsura leaves were starting to look very shrivelled again. I love the grading of 'guilt' bouquets according to how mad 'she' is in the pictures following the sign. We can only see the start of bouquet D so I wonder how far they do go. Category F - the hanging gardens of Babylon perhaps?
