Their mothers forgot to tell them what we all got at some point “ money does not grow on trees” or “money does not come out of the sky like rain you know”.....perhaps they think May has a secret piggy bank they can break into.

or maybe they're just banking on the gullibility of those voting for them?

I don't understand how you can be so bitter about someone you don't know.
It's very easy with a bit of practice. :D  Particularly when the individual being mentioned seems to think that being a 'famous actor' gives them the right to preach to other people.

It's summer.  2 months of rubbish on TV.  Silly season.
Haven't you missed a digit Obelixx?  Pretty much 12 months of carp on telly these days from what I see.

Not quite KT.  Have really enjoyed The Planets and a few other documentaries.   Like a good thriller such as Killing Eve and enjoy good cookery and gardening programmes but they are increasingly few and far between.   Watch the News every day too.

  • Although I am not interested in cycling I enjoy watching the Tour de France, which starts on Saturday. Lots of great scenery, architecture and history, plus sideshows (although these are generally rather naff).

Cycling... Please no. Drives me crazy here with it. When I go to Inlaws it contists of them grouped around the TV watching bicycles. So annoying. Luckily my hubby hates sport on TV even though he cycles to work and back every day, about 20 miles and goes running etc. My only problem is I have to tear him away from the computer.

But tv hasn't been too bad, the looming tower was good plus we have Netflix so i guess we'll survive lol.

Does anything look good in Lycra?   Don't think so.
