    Went to Scothern GC looking for antirrhnum , to find trays of them so long they were laying down. Why put them out when they are past repair. This is a reliable place usually. 🙄

    We're not a million miles away from Woodthorpe GC , (excellent carvery by the way) .
    I don't normally bother with GCs , but thought I'd have a look around for a change ; despite the proliferation of the usual GC material , the overall impression was pretty good.
    Their plants were in good order , well watered and healthy looking .
    (I still prefer Plant Fairs though , where you can buy rarities you havn't the space for)! :)
