I really enjoyed his presentation of the show and I'll not be upset if he gets the gig when monty retires. My preference would be for Carol Klein to take the top spot though. I just love her enthusiasm and desire to impart her knowledge

Never thought I’d say that, but I liked Adam just as much as I like Monty. And Adam’s garden is actually more appealing to me, and that cat is just lovely 😊
The part about bee-friendly trees was great, the information was not just useful but very inspirational.
Loved the charismatic elder guy. A rare GW I watched without fast forwarding.
Wouldn’t mind Adam presenting every other programme even after Monty is back.

I liked his water troughs - I’m looking to get one myself water feature that doubles as something my toddler can play with.  She loves water.

they looked nice with fresh calm water, but I’m thinking they actually take an hours maintenance per week each?
Troughs like those could be lethal to a toddler.  Very enticing due to reflections etc, but deep enough to drown in!  If you are going to have water where a toddler can get at it, it would be better to have something like a free standing cascade where there is no potential for them the end up face down in water.

ah well, lock me in the stocks and pelt me with rotten vegetables.
I don't like pets, I love wild animals. I fail to understand the attraction of sharing your home with different species. Dogs, cats , budgies, gerbils, boa contrictors, tarantulas the lot. All lost on me.
:D Try inheriting a Cockatoo.....innuendos aside, knowing what you lot are like....
Sorry to go slightly off topic.

Though we don't have TV anymore either, I liked Adam Frost the few times he appeared, nice young man.

It was good to see something of how Adam’s garden has developed since it was first shown and I’d welcome him as the main presenter on a regular basis.  I particularly enjoyed seeing him planting kneeling down with the little spade. It’s always a bit irritating watching Monty bending down and planting into lovely soil as I can’t do either!
