    It never stops amazing me why people insist on growing in pots plants such as Wisteria which are by nature meant to be planted in the ground. ;)

    I agree with @Obelixx … it needs to be planted in the ground now … I simply don’t understand why you would wait until winter … you’ve already told us it’s not flowering and is looking pale and isn’t doing well … why wait until it’s even worse?  It’ll make it far less likely to be a successful move. 

    If it’s not going to flower there’s no reason why you couldn’t cut it back now if that’s what you’re concerned about.

    You need to read and understand the pruning rules  - July and February are the main events - so read that link thoroughly and get it planted out asap!!
