You could try using a bottomless pot on the ground but you would definitely need to loosen the soil up below the pot or the roots will never penetrate it. You will still need to topdress the pot every spring and continue with watering and liquid feeds thru the growing season.

We well thank you for your response,,, I’m going to move her over to a new place on the pogada and put her in a bottomless pot ,i will put John inns under her then on top when I put her one her new spot then feed as you have all said,, hopefully she will love that a flower for me😄
That looks like a nice shape and tall. It's highly likely there is not much soil left in the pot so the only nutrients come from water/feeding which is not enough for Wisteria to flower successfully. As mentioned above would suggest to get it in the ground. These are my 10 year old's and perform every year.s below
I’ve done it ,,,,it’s in a bottomless pot with new soil at the top and bottom,oh I do hope she’s happy here ,she’s been here a week,fingers crossed please
