Gorgeous roses @Busy-Lizzie and lovely posy @Newgardeninggirl! Nice first posy with photobombing cat, @hogweed.

    That's Lindi Lou @pitter-patter - she's a lilac Burmese.

Lovely posies (and pusscat) - I will attempt one on the weekend, although my garden is a bit ‘inbetween’ blooms currently.

Ooh I love this thread - thanks for starting this year's, @pitter-patter. Your colour combinations are gorgeous.

    Those are phenomenal roses, BL.

Not a jam jar, but some tiny bottles dug out of the garden in years gone by. And from the beginning, not end, of May (no daffodils any more, and the Lily of the Valley and Epimediums are more or less gone too), but here's my contribution.

I'll get a jam jar out for the next one.

Lovely bottles and arrangement, @LG_. Is that narcissus Sun Disc? I prefer the containers not to be restricted to jam jars. Any containers are fine (would love to see some unusual ones).

I’ve cut the flowering spikes of the lupins since they were going to seed, but I’ve saved the tops for this posy.

Oh putter patter I’m so jealous of those lupins. What pretty colors

    That's so fresh looking!

My Narcissus is 'Martinette' - I generally prefer single headed ones, or Tete a Tetes, but the scent from these was wonderful.
