    Awful news from NZ. Awful.

It makes me feel like crying. Surely people can worship in their choice of religion in peace. Gross behaviour!

    Morning all/afties,evening Pat.
Just hideous, the events in NZ. Sadly, these cowardly murderers like to have easy targets, Pat. Despicable.
Did BL manage to get across yesterday? I haven't quite caught up.
Still gey blustery here, but the rain seems to be abating a bit, and mainly at night. It brightened up yesterday afternoon after all the heavy showers in the morning. Snow forecast for tomorrow.
Good luck with the jury service LG. Been notified a couple of times, but never had to go, let alone be chosen.
Good luck with the application too, AuntyR. Fingers crossed for you  :)
Hope the ducks have a productive spring, fidget. Lovely having regulars like that.
What a shame, AB. Hope you get a decent spell of weather and can get everything cleared. Always a bit hit and miss this time of year.

I’ve never been even notified for jury service ... I’d have been quite interested in doing it ... :(

    Morning all.
Yet more gales here and all through tomorrow too.
My daughter did jury service whilst at Glasgow Uni. She was telling me about the first day when they choose the jury.

Pat - a world where people didn't need the prop of religion would lead to a lot less bigotry, prejudice and violence.

    Drismal, unpleasant weather here.   Fitting.

I agree Obelixx ... but I also think that some folk would soon find another reason to hate others, whether it be for the colour of their eyes or the length of their middle fingers. 😢
