  • We don't have any😩. I've had my pond about 5 years. Found a small frog in front garden but never in back.

I walked down to the pond today and all the tads are swimming around, don’t know how long they’ve been hatched, hopefully one or two will survive to become a frog.
    Is it 1 - 100 survival rate?

Not a blob of spawn yet in my very new pond. Mind I'm still working round it so perhaps that's why. The birds are using it though at last!

  • A large clump in my pond 2 days ago in Presteigne " chuffed to bits!"

No more spawn but the gardener said he saw loads of frogs so maybe they are still ‘courting’.

Found small amounts here in East Yorkshire yesterday. Lots of mating couples and the newts look Clive too. 😊😊
