Had a delivery of cardboard and privet hedge trimmings so mowed it up and into the compost, I don't just live in my compost honest. Planted out some verbena and hazel sapling. Not sure if it counts but dug out footings for the new pizza oven, I think it counts as eating in the garden is definitely part of whole 😀

After having planted my 6 green pepper plants yesterday morning, we were thrashed by 70kmph winds late yesterday afternoon!!.  They looked all right this morning but it's happening again now.......windy windy windy!
A good hoeing is worth two waterings.

@Amphibios we have 5 pergolas to choose from, but with a footpath on top of a river bank at the end of our garden the whole world would still see me in my birthday suit. 😭😭

Lots done, nice pottery kind of day. Some weeding, picked up some stones off the top of the veg plot after rain. Bit of trimming, fed plants, mowed grass, bit of hoeing. First early spuds are showing nicely, couple of second earlies starting to poke out of the ground.

Mostly just enjoyed a lovely day, birds singing, peaceful and relaxing.
