    A couple of policeman:
Devon and Cornwall police 1970s - Chief Superintendent Proven Sharpe
Paris 1930s - Commissaire Spécial (i.e. a spy) Charles Adolphe Faux Pas Bidet

In opposition to Napoleonic taxes, people in rural Holland gave themselves protest surnames so, still in existence, are a few One Cows and Quickshitters.

In Sussex in the late 18th century a large grouping of Puritans took to giving their children what are called hortatory names such as Fight the Good Fight of Faith White, born in Pevensey, Humiliation Scratcher (Westham) and Fly Fornication Bull (Hailsham).

Similarly in New England about the same time religious zealots were known to open the Bible and have their finger fall on a random word so, welcome to the World, Notwithstanding Griswold (a girl, obviously!)
