Have just heard someone on the radio taking part in a discussion. She said " l haven't heard *politician* vocally talking about this". Is it possible to talk about something non vocally ?
Also feeling curmudgeonly about someone posting links to an id app on any thread that might need it. Could turn up here soon  >:)

I have a group of friends who I go garden visiting with. One of us had a plant ID app once and tried to use it on lots of plants. It was pretty poor - me and another friend did better just out of our heads without the internet to help!

I think a lot of the id apps are 'foreign'. Although the one I have tried wasn't too bad. I think it was 'Garden Answers'.

How did a duvet cover get involved in new gas pipes?

  • 😡 Hang onto those pics. Insist on having a copy of their Complaints Procedure and their insurance details for your claim ...

That should focus their minds a bit 😡

I know quite a few builders. That is how they treat their own homes :#

I should have done the same with the mess the cowboys made in my daughter's room when fitting the new pipes, includingthe holes in the new bookcase, despite me saying I'd move it out the way.
However, since the owner of the company died soon after, and was a notorious 'non payer of bills'  [they had a horse where I worked] I would have been on a hiding to nothing.

I expect to clear areas for workmen to get on with their job but I don't expect to have to strip a bed to keep it safe.   No tea and biccies for that team!
