I had the same problem with Gift Cards from WH Smith and Argos.  I found them in an old wallet, nearly £100 in total now useless.  There shouldn't be any time limit on usage as they've had the money for the ****** things.
  • Thanks, @Papi Jo.  The gas men said "smart" gas meters would be available in the next few years... fingers crossed.

You are more in need of "smart" gasmen and women to solve your problem Liri.

WE - accountants can be very inventive.  No excuses for stealing money they've been paid and not delivering the goods.  Inflation would work in their favour.

We had one of the early smart meters , gas / electric for free , never worked properly , so I binned it , I’m sure they have improved , however , if you change supplier , they usually don’t work with the new supplier . You think it there would be an Industry Standard

Will you please stop promoting the use of common sense by utility companies.  Doing so would make life far too easy for consumers.
