  • Looks like everyone is getting their orders delivered really quickly, I placed my first order nearly 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it (says in the order confirmation that they will email me when dispatched, but haven't had an email yet either).

Mine arrived today, ordered last Monday 11th.

    No dispatch email.

They said on there website there's a 5 day dispatch delay, it also says they don't dispatch on Fridays (to avoid plants stuck at mail offices)

Royal mail are taking up to 5 days on standard delivery. So I think yours will be here soon.

In terms of quality, my first order wasn't the best, the plants were very dry, wilting and very pot bound, but after a lot of TLC and being potted on they seem to be recovering, but only time will tell. My second order came this morning and it arrived in excellent condition; well hydrated, strong healthy looking plants, beautifully packed (as was the first order). So one good, one not so good so far for me, but I'll certainly use them again.

I received mine without a dispatch notice as well. Some were pot bound, some weren’t. I’ve potted them on and all are doing well. Good deal at £1.99 each with 20% off and no extra shipping cost.
  • Thanks @greenbird and @omori- good to know you didn't receive a dispatch notice.
I'l continue to wait patiently, but hope my plants don't get stuck in the postal system over the bank holiday weekend!

I forgot to post the discount code from my last order - here it is, if anyone wants to try it.

How do you get the discount?

@peteS When you get your order you will get an email giving you a 20% discount code to share with friends. (That's why posters put them on here). If another poster uses that code you will then get a 20% discount code for yourself to use on your next order.  :)

Or to use one of the posted voucher codes just follow the link and you will get a code to put in when you check out. I think you may only be able to do this once though?
