@josusa47 are you getting the same as me? confirmation of the courier having the parcel then saying it's delayed?

Yesterday the carrier sent me an email saying they would deliver today, and would send me another email in the morning to tell me my time slot.  No such email, no plants.  I clicked on the link to the parcel tracking service, one part of the message said my order had been collected, another part said they hadn't received it and I should consult the sender.  So, the driver got lost on the way from the plants place to the carrier's depot?  Nothing else makes sense.

that is exactly what happened to me this morning. I contacted secret gardening club and they are sending out another parcel. It is really annoying but I have never had these issues before with them

I ordered two plants (sadly all codes had been used). I have now had an email to say they have refunded one of the plants (Brunnera) but when I look on their website they still have plenty in stock. I can't understand why they are not sending one.

Is there something you need to do to get the code?? I've made a few orders but never had one!
    Thanks @Treeface I'll have a look!

@Amy78 you normally, though not always receive an email after you order saying something along the lines of share this code to give someone 20% off and then when the code is used they send you a code too

Shabby looking, damaged and badly packaged plants just arrived, a day late and without warning.  They'll get no more of my custom.

@josusa47 that's a shame. What plants were they? If you email them they will probably refund it to you

One each of brunnera, non-climbing clematis (I didn't know there were any until I saw this), pulmonaria and heuchera "purple petticoats".  I wanted blue and purple flowers (foliage in the case of the heuchera) to go in the shady end of my rainbow border.  I think the plants will be OK with a bit of tlc, but they looked unkempt and had some broken stems.  They came in an oversized box with a lot of useless plastic filler.  They looked as though they'd been tumbled about a bit and the compost spilt.  They don't look "pot grown", more dug out of the ground or a tray and crammed into pots for transit.

Ok my mystery box description is a bit of a long one and even I'm still slightly confused. Due to the delay in the first parcel arriving they sent me out a second box so I now have two mystery boxes!! First box finally arrived yesterday afternoon and overall I'm quite happy some plants are tiny so have potted them on and the salvia looked sad

    First box
    Salvia Wendy's wishes
Salvia Caribes amazing blue, looking a little bit sad
    Campanula glomerata blue
    Campanula glomerata white
(Both very tiny but good condition)
    Echinacea purpea
    Lupin the governor
    Parahebe
    Delosperma
    Delphinium belladonna casablanca
Sedum spectible looking a bit sad
    Euphorbia martini
Helenium hayday small but good condition
Coreopsis grandiflora small but good condition

This morning the second box arrived and if this had been the only box I would have been disappointed. Quite a few things half dead/half eaten/spindly

Unknown hosta which looks like it has been in a cupboard for a few weeks.
Salvia Argenta? Half leaves were dead so had to remove them
Lavender elegance ice, again bits were dead and once removed it resembles a leafy stick
Lavender rosea nice but very pot bound
Salvia serenade lots of dead leaves at base of plant bit otherwise there is hope
    Penstemon garnet
Phlox summer orange which looks like it has been chomped by something
    Gaillardia goblin pretty much dead
Schizostylis Mrs heggarty and Alba both very pot bound but I think they will be ok
    Lonicera lemon beauty
Lonicera henryi which looks ok but I had to remove a stem of leaves which looked full of mold
Sedum Cape Blanco which was shedding bits of stems at a rather alarming rate!
    Fragaria chiloensis chaval

Box 2 was overall pretty awful and if that's what new customers are getting I'm not surprised if people don't shop there again! I hope they go back to cheap and quality plants soon!
Ps. Sorry about the pics being in the text!!
Ps2. Well done if you have read this far 😁

Bleh using the mystery box to sell off plants they couldn’t otherwise, shameful practice. Thanks for posting @rock_hen
