    The hostas in pots are a bit more of a challenge for the snails @Eustace ... but if you look to the left of the H. Blue Angel you’ll see a passable imitation of a lace curtain on a hosta leaf towards the back of the bank where the snails lurk in the honeysuckle 😡 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
