    Good morning all sunny intervals and light wind temp 3 to 8c
    Precipitation 18%
    Sunrise was 6.28
    Sunset 18.08
    It was really gusty winds last night, it moved the hedgehog feeding station around the patio even though i had a large stone on the top of it.

    Woke up to snow on the hills and a few patches on cold surfaces in the garden. It looks like we might see some sun later though even if we can't feel the warmth with this strong wind.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    Late this morning (shopping) really strong wind here in Yorkshire had quite a storm last night hope no more floods.Shall visit me allotment later .

    Like most people it seems, very stormy overnight, but sunshine and showers/hail  first thing and clouding over again now.

    Late last night got very windy. It sounded like a train coming through. One of the neighbours came round this morning. My mini polytunnel had taken off like a balloon, despite two layers of bricks all round holding it down, gone over three hedges and gardens and ended up on top of his conservatory 50 yards away. If it hadn't been for the lower Oak tree, it would probably have ended up on the A52.

    Its a grand morning in this part of Yorkshire quite cold but the wind has dropped good walking this morning. Have a good day folks.
