Just off into big town as I think I should really start to do some C*****s shopping.  I'll start with cards as that is easy.  I have no ideas what so ever for gifts so I'll leave that for another day.

Fog has rolled back in again and the thermometer is registering 0°C now. 3 Mrs P's and 1 Mr P under the bird feeders now. I've just made a quick sortie to the Corn Mill for bird food as I couldn't leave it any longer. I'll take Jack out to the GC on another day. He has his physio class today - if he manages to get there.

Oh no Joyce - not the wet stuff. I hope that it eases off soon for you.

Pansy I hope the tablets work well and he'll be out of the woods soon, bless him.  My favourite ice cream is Cornish, lovely.  I've woken up to a frosty cold day.

Drunken idiot should be made for the damage.

Got more cards written and will get them all posted this week.  Chicken casserole in the slow cooker so not a wasted, wet morning.

I cannot understand people who drink to excess and then drive. A car becomes a lethal weapon in that sort of scenario. I agree with Joyce in that the moron should be made to pay for it and then do community service for 10 years. Can you just imagine what he might have done if that had been a person he collided with?
