NDN having roof done too LB. Had to quickly throw on some clothes as the guys asked if I would move my car out of the runway. The skip is in their runway over the wall from mine and, as they are throwing the roofing tiles into it, they didn't want the possibility of damage to my car.

Joyce - you could have gone out in your PJ's or perhaps you were naked.

    A short nightie F'edge!

Is this a record? Quick run to the SM for a few things and I'm back since I last posted at 10.33.

Wow, Hazel and M-U snuckered in there. Hazel, good to hear your brother's on his feet and responding well to treatment. Sad but good that he and your Dad are in together. Should help your Dad rally.

Sorry - I got a bit distracted before I posted last. It was good of them to ask Joyce.

Last of my cards posted and a parcel .Cleaned blanched and froze a kilo and a half of sprouts . Now I need a cuppa. Good that you didn’t have to wait long at the post office LB.
I had a twenty minute wait at the PO on Friday. Still lots to do .

There was a time that I could set our clock by the postman . Ten o’clock six days a week .
Today it was 10am ,last Friday it was 3pm , Thursday it was 4 pm , Wednesday it was 1-30.I could go on but it would be very boring .I just can’t get used to all these changes . Must be getting old.Sorry about the gripe .

Ruby, the Royal Mail van drops the postie off at our gate as we are his first stop but in the run up to Christmas the deliveries get later and later.

I have two snowdrop flowers. LB, my crocus in pots are just poking through so your one in the wall planter is well ahead.
