The thing is though that after a couple of years of world book day the schools could collect all the costumes and the kids could just pick ones to wear for the day. Have a repair and enhance class as required and kids can learn new skills as well.

Sadly, he remains "disgracefully cavalier". His "gross failure of responsibility" doesn't much bother the populace, though, who have accepted that an ..."exception" like him can be "free of obligation" when that's what he wants!
