I had to look up the meaning of virtue signalling although I was pretty sure I'd worked it out.
It makes me feel slightly unclean to even know what it means😕

You didn't really expect those who feel perfectly pleased about condemning 1,400.000 children in today's England to go hungry every day of their lives to use anything but pejorative language.  Did you?

Email your MP if you don’t like the way they voted. Let them know that once again they have got it terribly wrong.
  • I wonder how many of them go without lunch every day?
Very few I guess and they know they will get dinner as well!

They might go without lunch if it would interfere with their drinking.

Some of us have been emailing our mp's for a long time.  But the dear populace has given them a majority, so why should they care about those who don't fund their party's divisive dogmas??

As long as they, as well as their funders and backers don't pay proper- if any- taxes, the poor the sick, the unemployed and their children, can starve; or find some charity to help them survive.  We know some of them believe "foodbanks are uplifting".
