  I knew about it, so, yesterday, I gorged myself on delights like sausages, bacon, pies and cheeses.  Today I'm being a good girl, I am. 🤣

   No cheeses for me, not even cheddar.  I loved my heart properly today, had beans for every meal, as the rhyme advises 🤣
