55% of Swindon’s electorate vote for Brexit. Today Honda announces the closure of the Swindon plant. Turkeys, it seems, do vote for Christmas.

  • Why blame the voters in Swindon, when it is actually the EU that is creating difficulties for the car plant? Don't blame the victim!
  • Why why would the EU do anything to help a car plant in a country which is leaving the EU?  It’s responsibility is to its members and no one else.

Ratcliffe is just as much a traitor as that IS woman. The only difference is that he's personally done more damage to the country than she has.

Oh, yes! Another "surprize" to the Brexiters and, I should imagine, especially to the proud Brexiter Swindon MP.

Big thumbs up for me. The Brexit deal delivers the democratic will, allows sensible & pragmatic transitional arrangements (vital for trade, jobs & growth) and crucially reflects the challenges of the Parliamentary numbers. Calm heads needed, this is the best option #BrexitDeal

He has now found out what Brexit delivers but I should doubt he would ever be capable of the honesty to admit it.

I just watched the news.  There he was, trying to convince himself and his victims that it had nothing to do with Brexit!!!

  • Yet, I don't remember expressions of such admiration from the EU when this baker's kindness first became public!
