Well, Ugly Nora is always in attack mode when referring to poor old Idealist, isn't she? But one has to feel for her; the Idealist will tax the quarter million pounds
you and I pay for her but the LIAR will give her (and US) everything and NOBODY will have to pay for it.
I felt so down yesterday, after the sad news of the deaths of Jonathan Miller, Clive James and chef Rhodes, that today I decided it was time to do some light Christmas shopping and cheer myself up a little.
Luckily, the shops were not too crowded, which often isn't the case, and the music playing was gentle and mood setting (I know the shops that imagine we're all hard of hearing, so I avoid them!). I visited my favourite charity shop too and bought my Christmas cards there, so I'm now ready for the...tree!
By all indications, tomorrow will start the astounding transformation of our lives: the NHS will get £350 million a week, scores of new hospitals will be built, myriads of doctors and nurses will be recruited and we will all be "safe" again.
The only strange thing is, in the last 9 years the Tories have closed down two of our local hospitals and our police station, not to mention our libraries.
Apparently, there are more food banks in the country than Mcdonalds. I can imagine how pleased JRMogg must feel.
Yet people, who always claim they care about the NHS, education and public services, do not vote for those who frankly tell them how these things will have to be paid for and actually vote for unashamed liars because "taxes will not be increased"....

Eutopia, bring it on!
