Oh c'mon Hostafan. Leave those dogs out of the equation, please. For many of us they just add to the ambience of each programme. I agree with what some are saying about TB. I'm sure a lovely man to share a pint with but the nasal jokiness irritates. Anyway the sun is shining here in the South East so things to do.

That's fine if you like them, I don't. Am I not allowed an opinion? It's just lazy production. "Let's have a shot of Monty pushing a wheelbarrow whilst followed by dogs", every week. yawn yawn. Can't they come up with anything original?
It seems Monty has 4 dogs so why do we only ever see the soppy retrievers? Are the other pair less photogenic/less well behaved/less able to topiarise?
I knew we were in trouble with TB when he came on at the end of the previous season at Berryfields and made a scruffy bed using old logs and branches as edgers. Tossed his tools about too. Gor all his faults, Monty does at least treat his tools and garden and plants with respect except, perhaps, that time he dug out and split huge hostas in mid season.

I sincerely hope so.
