Certainly a relative of what we call a mackerel sky Pat.

Up early for the tiler who has returned to finsih the last of the skirting tiles which we ran out of last time.   He was here before the sun.   Not sure I like these dark mornings.

Pat - to be honest, a mackerel sky usually refers to a whole sky of stripy looking thin cloud that looks like the markings of a mackerel and not just a wee bit that is fish-shaped like yours which is very quirky.

  • Thanks Dove,  I like to walk down and sit there in the mornings with the first coffee of the day.

    Hi all.
Heavy frost here this morning, but sun is coming through.
Sadly Moira has been up in the night again with her Cholecystitis, so I need to try a bit of nursing.
