  • The great gravy granules experiment.

The forecast is for rain. So I have been out sprinkled 50% beef and 50% chicken gravy granules all over the lawn in the hope all the weeds will be gone by tomorrow morning.

I will report back which are more effective  >:)

On a more serious, ecological note most hogs seem to like cat food which presumably has some gravy in it, I'm not surprised as slugs au naturel do not sound tempting.

Maybe if the hogs had a bit of gravy to add to the slugs they would be more palatable. I think pp may be on to something here and this could feature in the next 'How do I eradicate slugs' thread. I would like to see hogs being able to jump on the gravy train!
