  • Good morning all  :) G’day Pat  :). Glad you got a little rain at least.
Its a beautiful morning here ... a clear blue sky and golden sunshine, but definite an autumnal feel and the tools are cawing in the oaks.

Good morning all -hope all is well. Beautiful clear morning and I can see some Autumn colour changes in my garden, and in the distance.

    Morning all.
    Lovely sunny morning here.
The lovely tree surgeons arrived at 7.45 and are well under way.
Hair cut at 9 then it's mulching the new bed for me.
    It's almost the weekend folks.
    I'm glad you've had some rain @Pat E

Saw a lovely dark cloud over the range so took a photo. What a pity we get our rain from the north west, not the east.😡. Mustn’t be greedy though. 11 mm is much better than none.

Good morning.  Cool and grey here with some distant blue bits.  Rain overnight.   Glad you've had some at last Pat and more to come I hope.

I used to do fell walking but not climbing and, being at school in Cheshire, the rambling club would go to north Wales so I've done Snowdon the hard way up the back but no Scottish hills.  Later on I took OH to the Makes as he'd never been and he bought a book of half and full day walks.   This is when I learned his geography skills are lacking and he can't read contours.  His easy half day walk ended up being Great Gables and I was wearing Hush Puppies lace-ups, not walking boots!

IKEA today so another hill to climb.

Enjoy your day everyone, whatever you're up to.   TGIF for those at work.

Had to chuckle at your Hush Puppies trek, Obxx!

Glad you've had some rain, Pat. And hope the tree surgeons get everything done, Hosta. I don't think I said welcome back, punkdoc: welcome back :) Did Bushman disappear again? And not seen GWRS for a while.

A long long list of tasks today. Rather longer than it was, due to having to rearrange all the things I had scheduled for Fridays now that I'm going to be busy. All little bitty tasks (phone this person, look up that bit of info, put those things away, reorganise these, clean them) but should keep me busy!

It's lovely and bright outside, very inviting, but proper chilly. Just how I like it (sorry Hosta!).
