    Heavy rain in the night 
    Currently sun shine and heavy showers , managed a couple of hours at allotment this morning 
    G/H went down to 1.3 last night

  • Cool and windy here, some showers and some sunshine. I hope the weather will improve for my gardening foray tomorrow, I will have plenty to do.

    Like Floralies, here in Dordogne raining, only 4° this afternoon. Getting dark now, nearly 6pm, hate the clocks changing.
    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Actually, by 11.30 am it had brightened up considerably and I was able to sit on my bench in the sunshine (albeit with 2 fleeces on!) and soak up the peace - lovely!

    Went into the minus degrees here last night, very heavy frost this a.m.  Some dahalias turned to mush overnight.

    Morning all sunny intervals and light wind temp 1 to 7c
    Had a grass frost, but the cosmos is still ok.
    Sunrise was 6.57
    Sunset 16.45

    I think it’s 1 degree out but at least the sun is shining. 
    My garden and I live in South Wales. 
  • Bright sunny and clear blue sky this morning 1.6°  with a cool breeze from the north.
    If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need.

    Our first hard frost this morning. O.3 at 8 am. Was very sunny but now clouding over.

    Had a grass frost , nice and sunny again , of to Meadow Hall shopping centre shortly
