  • Been a nice sunny day 18.8C with a SW breeze of 8kn.
Cant agree more @AuntyRach I love the autumn, smoky bonfires, walks in the woods, along the beach, stews and a nice crumble with home made custard.

  • It's a beautiful day here too - full sunshine, very light breeze, all the cloud has disappeared. Yes Autumn can be a depressing time leading into winter, so long may this settled, sunny weather last.  Mornings and evenings are cooler but without the wind they are certainly bearable.

I checked the forecast an hour ago and it was supposed to be dry after this morning’s light rain, but now it looks like the rain is set in all day. 19 degrees though, and 21 tomorrow.

Cool, dry and overcast here. No rain forecast but then there wasn't yesterday and it started as I was hanging out the washing!

  • Bright hazy sunshine 18C with a nice breeze 9kn from the south so the washing is out to dry  :)

Thanks @Hampshire Hog just towels and sheets, just the stuff you don't want hanging around! I hate ironing too, its like the shopping in a SM, by the time you've sorted it, loaded it, unloaded it, hung it out, fetched it in - just sick of the sight of it  :/   Wish I could find a man who would do it for a price  ;)

Set to get to 29 deg here today, I will try and waft the heat up to all of those who like it. Getting fed up with the watering now, could do with some good rainfall now. perhaps I should be careful what I wish for!
