    Low cloud cover here, very damp with some drizzle, no wind, no sun but not too cold, the soil is too wet to do anything constructive outside.

    Mild. I did a few jobs in the garden and ended up just wearing a t-shirt.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    Christmas in Dordogne was very mild, up to 14°. Heavy frost, much colder on 28th and 29th but sunny in the afternoon. Today is cold and bathed in fog. Full sun is forecast.
    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Thick fog again, damp and cold at 3 deg. We have had fog nearly everyday now for over a week. Haute-Garonne.

    Dull and dreary,but very mild. I've filled an urn with last year's compost,planted an unknown Hosta in it,all without needing a coat!  In fact I only went out to dispose of the coffee grounds!  Oh how easily we are distracted!!!!

    Dull and dreary here too, another damp day when the grass is soaking, the washing hangs limp and wet and there is no wind to move these wretched clouds along. Oh and there was some drizzle too.
