  • What a stunning view Liri, high up above your town, is this picture taken from your garden.
We have had a mild and calm day, and sunny this morning, clouded over this afternoon so we may have some rain by tomorrow morning.
  • It's just outside my front door, GD.  The garden is below the wall, down 15 steps.  An odd arrangement... but relatively common around here!

What a smashing view to wake up to, Liriodendron.

We had a hard frost this morning but it warmed up later with some sunshine and I think it's drizzling now.

  • Yes, we're very lucky, Lizzie27.   :)

  • Wet grey and overcast but not raining at the moment, 12° with a light SW breeze 18 mph gusting to 23 mph.

Forecast is for a grey and gloomy morning with rain from lunch time through the afternoon so will try and get to allotment this morning to do a bit more.

I've just had a cup of tea outside on our terrace and it's 27 deg! We very often do have good weather in December but not this warm! Will blow some up to you all.
  • Thinking of you enjoying your lovely weather floralies, I can just picture the scene (with ever so slight envy!).
After a mild, dry and breezy morning it is now tipping down outside, becoming dark already and not the sort of weather to be working out there, however the digger is still being worked next door on the building site - very muddy there.
  • Like you GD nice morning and I did get a few more slabs laid at the allotment but then rain stopped play and now at home and its raining hard but still mild 13° with a stiff breeze I can see the sea has lots of white horses out there.

Horribly wet most of the day. Brief glimpse of sunshine at about 3.30 ish but not enough to tempt me outside.
