The snow settled down to about 1200ft but only a dusting and now the cloud has decended and we're sat in cold fog again.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
  • Damp start to the day but now we have sunshine with scattered clouds 5°C and blustery.

  • Dull damp start here too, but just now the sun has broken through-Hooray!

Sun making an appearance now after a cold and gray start. Haute-Garonne.
  • After heavy rain, thunder and wind, I am pleasantly surprised and pleased that we have had such a lovely day here - the wind isn't so cold (S/E), the sky has been blue all day and not a drop of rain.

Sleet this morning which wasn't forecast. I had just dropped OH off to get his hair cut, by the time he walked home he was frozen. Sunny this pm, so they got that right, and skies seem fairly clear at the moment. Glos.
