  • Dyersend I hope you didnt break the hair dryer WITH the hot water sounds like a dangerous combo to me. My youngest son went one better, he "sraped" the ice off with a knife, and burst through to the coolant!  I have my second "frost Free", much recomended!  I do have a small upright for the garden fruit and veg.

@hogweed. I assume that the new iPads take larger photos? Mine are only around 2mb to start with?

Only wrecked the hair dryer which was very old actually and I finished the job with pans of hot water. Could have been much worse by the sound of it. I'd have loved to see the outboard motor in the bath incident LG, bet that made a mess.
It wasn't a snoopy hairdryer was it? :o

Apparently there wasn't much bath left! 'Ribbons' was the term used ;-)

The perils of a plastic bath.   We've inherited one here.  It gets used for showering house plants and a certain scruffy dog who likes to roll in horrors.  Hose pipe outside then shampoo and rinse in the bath.

I remember going to a bath race once. If I remember correctly, oars and other propellants were used outside the craft.

I'd be no good in a bath race.  I like to soak in the tub for hours.

I think the idea is to keep the water out of the tub.

There was an International Bath Race Festival held on the Meuse at Dinant last year.
