Good point Lyn, re the stones. She just likes dry sponge. Easily pleased eh? Think I picked the wrong week to be off. Stair rods out there! Not sure I can bring myself to do more indoor jobs. Love the new hoover though - one of those Gtech things. Can't believe how much it picked up. My carpets must have been boggin'.

My mums gall stones only play up if she eats cheese or something else fatty. She hates hospitals more than she likes cheese, so has given up cheese.
Gone off a bit now Joyce. Ground's soaking though. I will make cake/cakes and possibly get a bit of planting up of the new plants I got yesterday, and generally potter around. Still a bit of tweaking of the bird cage to do. It's now getting a trendy 'green roof'

Hi everyone. Thanks for kind wishes, really was very straight forward Almost full recovery now. Just can’t get over how tired I am, mind you there was a lot going on befiore so it was easy to draw a line through three weeks!
I have walked around the garden, popped into the fruit cage and git alb of blueberries. Asked O H to go and get more today and he came back horrified saying ALL the fruits were infested with wasps. Autumn rasp, blueberries, blackberries, WeWill maybe harvest apples early. Grrrrrrr any ideas why? What to do? Hi Punk if you looking in

Home from the coal face . We're still watering pots here @Lyn. All we get is a bit of drizzle. Just enough to make it impossible to cut the grass but not enough to soak in.
Spam alert - dining table if you need one I don't think anything needs watering here. It was meant to clear up and then it came thrashing down again. It does seem to have stopped now....hope I haven't done the kiss of death. Did you have a good day Hosta? Think the wasps have had a rough ride this year LP- and now there's tons of food around for them. Glad you're doing ok I've harvested loads of apples. I should have removed more earlier in the year than I did. I don't even like apples that much. They're quite tart ones so I may do some crumbles or similar.

Do you think the rain will stay off if I go outside?
