Eating standing up is calorie-free as is eating broken biscuits.
It's well known that when biscuits break, the calories leak out. I didn't know that about eating standing up, that's good to know. How about licking out the mixing bowl? When my husband brings home the chips from the shop, I have to sample one off each plate, it's called quality control.
Drinks also have hardly any calories. Alcohol off-gasses. Lemonade etc is mostly fruit juice, one of your five a day, even. Beer is mostly made of grass. Hot chocolate is calcium and protein for the most part.
