@NollieCOuld I see pics of your dominating tithonia? I'm intrigued by the plant.

A pigs ear Topiary that would be worth seeing, its usually dogs or Peacocks.
I regret buying top of the market pruners then finding them two years later in the compost bins under the leaf mould or in the bottom of pots as I pot on. They were always beyond saving and cost a packet.
Giving up and buying Tesco Cheap ones which with a rub on the oil stone have lasted years.

Planting Ivy to take the new look off the brickwork of the detached Bungalow four sides of it. Now down to one side which is kept low and still taking the tiny rootlets off the bricks with a power washer.
    Frank.

I have been contemplating buying some creeping Jenny.  Think I'll give it a miss now @hogweed 😂

    Don't even think about it,Burt.
I got some with a mixed tray from the dead trolley last year. I didn't even dare put it on the compost heap in case it escaped.

I think breaking your shoulder off trumps everything else

Planting bamboo in my garden.  It's taken over the whole flowerbed and is trying to grow through the road outside.
